The Retreat Centre
With capacity for up to 105 guests, our Centre offers a range of bedroom configurations, from bunk-style to hotel-style and everything in between. We cater for families, camps, a personal retreat or whatever your needs may be.
Accommodation
Our freshly renovated accommodation has 31 Bedrooms and 2 Cottages. All of our rooms have beautiful, spacious new en suite bathrooms, and every room is fully equipped with fans to keep you cool in the summer months.
Food and Dining
Our kitchen staff at Mt Carmel are highly experienced and passionate about providing fresh delicious food for you, no matter your dietary requirements. As one of our guests said:

Conference Rooms
Mt Carmel’s modern facilities provide everything you need for a great experience. Both of our conference rooms are fully equipped with up-to-date AV systems, air conditioning and plenty of seating.
Breakout Spaces
We have a number of comfortable breakout spaces in the Retreat Centre, conveniently located for smaller groups.
Chapel & Prayer Room
We would love to work with you to host your next church retreat. As a Christian centre, we understand the needs and priorities of church groups. We will support your team to facilitate community connection, spiritual growth, and encounter with Jesus, through the experience of time away together.

Looking for a fun day trip for your group? Sydney’s premier water park, Raging Waters Sydney, is only half an hour away from the Mt Carmel Retreat Centre, and the perfect option for an action-packed day out.
Macarthur Square
If you’re looking for a spot of shopping during your stay, or just need to pick up some extra supplies, Macarthur Square is only 15 minutes away.
The Australian Botanic Garden
Only 12 minutes drive away is The Australian Botanical Garden, a beautiful spot to head out and enjoy the gorgeous flora and fauna of the Macarthur region.
Wollongong & the South Coast

Macarthur National Parks
If you enjoy getting out into nature to unwind and clear your head, Heathcote National Park is only a short drive away. The rugged and diverse habitat provides many scenic bushwalking tracks where you can enjoy pristine surroundings and encounter the native wildlife.
